Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

Orders & Payment
- NEUCVR will process your order within 24-48 working hours after payment being verified. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-4 days OR 3-8 working days (For International Shipping)
DELIVERY / SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN MALAYSIA
- Enjoy Free Delivery for Order Above RM150 ( West Malaysia ) and RM300 ( East Malaysia )
- Our shipping charges are as follows: For orders below RM150 (West Malaysia ) RM300 (East Malaysia), shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis: RM8 - West Malaysia / RM20 - East Malaysia
- An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
- Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
Currency & International Shipping
- Yes, We Ship Worldwide
- All Orders & Shipping fee will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), the actual currency rate will be depend on your credit card issued bank.
- The shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping country Or you may contact with our admins for the shipping fee & delivery time at info@neucvr.com
- Estimated time would be from 3-8 working days and delay could be subjected to customer clearance.
- Kindly note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.
Bounced Parcel
- Customer will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
- Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. NEUCVR will bear the cost of re-delivery only if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
- Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
Return
- Your return must reach us within10 days ( Malaysia ) / 15 days ( International) from the date of delivery/collection. It must be accompanied with a valid Order Reference number and returns form.
- We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition. Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tag attached. A credit voucher or equivalent credit to the purchase price of each return item(s), valid for 100days.
- NEUCVR provides returns for all items such as major defect items, but except Best Buy, Sales or any Promotional Items.
- Purchase of intimates, Swim wears, accessories, jewellery are strictly non-Returned and non-refundable.
- Refund would only be done as credit/discount voucher code, strictly no cash refund allowed.
Product & Defect
- Return & New Delivery Fee will be borne by NEUCVR due to defective items such as, items torn, big stained, faulty product, wrong Items delivered, and the return delivery fee will reimburse by NEUCVR in terms of store credit.
- Return due to Unsatisfactory reason such as change of mind, Quality not up to expectation, Item does not fit. Return delivery fee will be borne by client.
- Kindly allow 20% of colours variation in real product as compared to monitor displace. Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings.
- Tolerance size measurement might be within 2-4cm differences in the measurement given due to the variety types of stretchable material quality.
- For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece. Each printed design might be unique, and different with others piece although is the same design. The colour of printing outcome might be slight different, return due to this minor defect classification is not considered a defect.
Product Care
- You are advised to hand wash all NEUCVR apparels without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.
- Care Instructions:
1. Sort by Colour - to avoid colour bleeding and transfer. Wash whites separately from darks and colours to prevent dye transfer.
2. Pre-Treat Stains - if there are any stains on your cotton clothing, treat them with a stain remover before washing. Avoid using hot water or bleach, which can set the stain.
3. Use a Gentle Detergent - specifically formulated for cotton clothing. Avoid using fabric softener, which can damage the cotton fibers.
4. Wash in Cold Water - to prevent shrinking and colour fading. Hot water can cause damage to the fabric and may shrink your clothes.
5. Turn Inside Out - before washing to protect any printed or embroidered designs.
6. Wash with Similar Fabrics - to prevent damage from zippers, hooks, or other rough items. Avoid overloading the washing machine, which can cause damage to the fabric.
7. Air Dry - Hang your cotton clothing to air dry, as high heat from the dryer can cause shrinkage and damage the fabric. Tumble-dry on low heat if necessary.
8. Storing Your Cotton Clothing - in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging cotton clothing for extended periods, as this can cause stretching and misshaping of the fabric.
